NON-INSULATED ROOF
This mobile home used many of our products from adding a nice Vinyl Tech screen room with insulated Elite top to keep your porch dust free and cool. Also adding awnings, applying vinyl siding, skirting, gutter, and shutters completed the look of the home.
Adding a non-insulated roof to your front porch is another option. This is an excellent way to shade your porch and provide relief from the sun and rain.
SCREEN DOOR OPTIONS
SCREEN ROOM WITHOUT GUTTER
The homeowner has the option of choosing the location of the door for their screen room.
Gutter is also optional when installing screen rooms.
SCREEN ROOMS
Screen rooms can come with insulated tops making this room very comfortable to sit in. The screen provides protection from bugs and mosquitoes. If the homeowner chooses, they have the option of glassing it in later in life.
CAR PORT
Car ports can be added to homes to help protect your vehicle, cool your home, provide shelter from the rain when entering and exiting your vehicle, also protects your home from rain and mud, and makes winters less of a hassle.
